Direct mailing is a proven method to communicate to existing customers as well as potential new customers. There are many choices in marketing, such as radio, TV and newspapers, but direct mailing gets your message straight to the buyer. Success in direct mail depends on consistency and timing; let us take the mystery and complexity out of creating a successful results-generating campaign.
We can provide everything from a simple postcard to a complex personalized mailpiece using variable-data software. Utilizing USPS certified software allows full automation of each mailpiece, saving you considerable postage. We offer First Class, Standard Class and Non-Profit mailing services.
Features:
C.A.S.S. Certification
Your list will be imported into postal software and run it through CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System), which will verify that all records match USPS certified addresses, making any corrections automatically. Your mailing campaign will benefit from greatly reduced undeliverable mail.
List Deduping
Most mailing lists will have duplicates. Processing your list with a deduping algorithm will not only save you postage and printing costs, but will also prevent the air of unprofessionalism that comes with sending multiple pieces to the same customer.
Mail Merge & Variable Data
Tailor your mailpieces and other marketing materials for each of your clients. We can print multiple fields from your database directly onto the printed piece as it's being run. Optionally, your piece can be printed in full color with our offset printing service, and then overprinted with black and white variable data.
Tabbing
Tabbing must be done in accordance with USPS regulations. USPS-certified tabs are used to keep your mailpieces intact until they reach your clients. You will also receive assistance in choosing the proper configuration of tabs for your specific mailpiece.
List Cleansing N.C.O.A.
National Change Of Address, a requirement of the USPS, must be completed every 90 days. This process saves you postage dollars and insures that your mail reaches the recipient when he or she, or a company has moved.
Inserting
Using a sophisticated inserting machine, up to 6 pieces can be inserted into an envelope and sealed simultaneously, at a rate of up to 10,000 envelopes per hour.
Polybagging
An alternative to mailing large numbers of documents in a 9x12 envelope is to use a polybag. A clear poly material is wrapped around your documents, protecting them and providing the recipient with a direct, unobstructed view. No doubt you've received a magazine in a polybag.
